Terms & Conditions
When it comes to Terms & Conditions ours are extremely straightforward. There are only three conditions - (a) all products have to be paid for at time of order (b) we do not give refunds except in very exceptional circumstances (see below) and (c) our warranty is invalidated if your bird is damaged due to negligence.

All products come with a 12 month warranty covering all parts and labour on a return to factory basis. This warranty can be continued for a further 12 months if you return the product for a full annual service (contact us for current charges). Birds returned from a full service are indistinguishable from a brand new bird. In this way the warranty can be extended indefinitely. Return freight is included but you have to pay for getting your Robops to us. Everything is covered accept if your Robop has been dropped or accidentally damaged. If your bird has been dropped we will repair it but there will be a charge depending on how badly it is damaged.

Bird problems can be extremely complex and may prove to be impossible to resolve. While we make every effort to ensure Robop is suitable for the application we cannot guarantee its effectiveness as a bird deterrent although we do guarantee that your Robop will function correctly in terms of its electronic or mechanical function. We cannot therefore give refunds if Robop does not resolve your bird problem. We will however make every possible effort to ensure you are happy with the product.
