In the winter of 2005/6 we introduced our annual maintenance service. For a fixed price, customers get their birds completely refurbished, the latest software added as well as any new upgrades or modifications fitted. Where necessary their birds are also completely re painted. On completion of annual maintenance, the warranty of the bird is extended for a further 12 months. So, should the bird go wrong for any reason we would fix it completely free of charge. Note however that this does not cover accidental damage nor shipping cost to our workshop. The price for this service is currently £450 per bird plus VAT.
Most customers have their own staff who install and manage their Robops. Indeed the most successful sites are those where staff really get involved and take a pride in looking after the product. Many of these have their own pet names for their birds like “walter” or “fluffy” which makes for some amusing conversations. Recently however, we have been supporting customers who either do not have the staff or whose staff are not allowed to go on the roof for health and safety reasons. For such customers we have done the complete installation and visit the site on a regular basis to manage the birds and carry out any required maintenance.
Prior to purchase our services include site surveys whereby we visit the site, determine flight pattern of the pest birds and advice where Robop should be mounted. This is a chargeable service with the price dependent on the time required and the distances involved. Our team has travelled as far afield as Dubai and New York to perform this service. For customers who perhaps do not have the budget for a site survey we offer a free of charge service whereby the customer sends us digital photographs of their site by email and we give a brief recommendation.

As a company we pride ourselves in the level of support we provide our customers. This support extends from pre sales enquiries through to long term maintenance agreements.
