You have a bird problem, you think Robop might provide a solution, so, what next? The next step is to make contact with us by telephone or e-mail (see below for details). In the cases where we have a local agent or distributor your enquiry will be past straight to them for follow up. Where there is no local agent we will handle your enquiry directly. In this case there normally follows a dialogue where information, digital photographs and other electronic documents pass back and forward. The objective is to reach a point where we can provide you with a written proposal showing how and where to deploy Robop and how much the solution will cost. Depending on timescale and location we often make a site visit. While this would normally be restricted to the U.K. we have made site visits to places as far afield as New York and Dubai.

We occasionally conduct trials for customers to demonstrate that Robop will work in their situation. These trials are paid for by the customer with charges refundable against a future purchase. Because the cost of these trials invariably exceeds the sum paid by the customer, we no longer do such trials unless the application takes Robop into a new area or market segment where we do not have a reference site.

Robops are designed to last for a long time and to be out in all weather conditions. However, like any machine it needs to be maintained. Our recommendation is that this is done every 12 months if the product is in constant use. We provide low cost maintenance and extended warranty schemes for customers.
