We have supplied customers all over the world based on a very simple approach. Robop works brilliantly but the product is not suitable for all applications, indeed some are impossible to solve by any means. So, unless you are experienced in bird control and can make your own judgement on Robop's suitability, we recommend - (1) you email or call us to outline your problem. (2) You send us digital photos showing your site. Usually we will get back to you within 24 hours to say one of three things. Either (A) "yes Robop should work" and we can point to customers where a similar problem has been solved. (B) "no, sorry Robop is not suitable for the following reasons" or (C) "we cannot tell whether Robop will be suitable because we have not seen your type of problem before". In such situations customers either choose to go ahead anyway or to carry out a proving trial. In the early days of Robop we did a lot of trials. While we continue to do trials (we did trials in Florida, Thailand and Germany in 2008) there is always a charge for these it often makes more economic sense to buy a couple of Robops rather than go to the expense of a trial.
