Robop must be moved between mounting bases, poles or moved throughout an open site using our trailer system. A substantial amount of engineering effort has been put in to make the process of moving Robops as simple as humanly possible. We have also developed systems where no humans are involved at all in the moving process. This is particularly important for those customers who do not want their staff to go on roofs because of health and safety concerns or legislation.
While the holy grail is to have a "fit and forget" fully automated installation these are not as effective as the much cheaper and simpler method of manually moving the bird. However, we are continuing to develop fully automated systems and our goal remains to make these as effective or better than the manual method.
How about using your security staff to move your Robop around? This has been very successful for Johnson & Johnson Medical and has contributed to the success of Robop in keeping birds off their building since 2003.
In certain circumstances we have also recruited and trained local staff to move the customer's Robops. All part of the service we can provide.
