Your first step is to contact us and let us know about your requirement. If there is a distributor in you area we will put them in touch with you. If not we will supply you direct from Scotland. We ship all over the world using courier services such as UPS, TNT or City Link. The key is to determine whether Robop is suitable for your needs and how many Robops and mounting bases will be required, or indeed do you need a fully automated system or perhaps a trailer based solution. Most customers simply send us digital photos of their problem site. Occasionally we will send out a consultant to investigate your problem and make recommendations. We can also provide the services of an independent expert to undertake a scientific study of the birds and their behaviour. However, this has to make economic sense both for the customer and the Company.

All Robops are hand built to customer order and programmed to suite the application. Delivery times are typically 4 weeks from receipt of order but may be longer for more complex systems. In all cases payment is required with order. This is normally done through a bank transfer. We accept payment in Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars but regrettably we cannot take credit cards.

Our end user customers are typically large corporations with substantial buildings and equally substantial bird control problems. We do not normally supply domestic customers but we may do so in the future.
